Short Term Care (Post-Hospitalization)
Often patients are discharged from the hospital, but the family is not ready to care for surgical wounds or medical tubes at home. We are here to provide transition care. Our nurses will handle wound care and post-stroke mobilization until the patient's condition is stable and ready to go home.
Respite Care (Temporary Stay)
Do you need to go out of town for a business trip or have unavoidable activities? Or are you (as the primary caregiver) experiencing physical/mental exhaustion (Caregiver Burnout)? We are here as a solution, ensuring that family members who need assistance remain safe and well-cared for with adequate medical facilities for several days or weeks.
