Yes, to maintain mutual safety, we currently cannot accept prospective residents with a history of infectious diseases (such as active TB) & those who have a tendency to throw tantrums or aggressive behavior that could endanger other residents.
We highly encourage family involvement in the care process. Family visits can be made every day by making an appointment in advance with our administration team.
To maintain mental and cognitive health, we have a daily routine schedule that includes: Morning elderly gymnastics in the park, cognitive therapy (playing chess, puzzles, painting), hydroponic gardening, spiritual/prayer sessions, and classic movie screenings in the social room.
Our fees are calculated monthly and vary depending on two main factors: Room Type (Private Room / Shared Room) and Medical Dependency Level (Independent, Partial, or Total Care). The cost is on an All-in basis, which includes accommodation, daily meals, laundry, 24-hour nursing service, and basic daily medical checks.
The process is very easy. Basic administrative documents include a photocopy of the ID Card & Family Card (Elderly and Person in Charge). Medically, we need the latest Medical Resume from the previous doctor, a list of medications currently being routinely consumed, and the latest blood/laboratory test results (if any).
